Every day we are inundated with information claiming to be the answer to all our health and fitness concerns. All the products available make huge promises yet we all continue to struggle in reaching our goals.
My hope for this blog is to weed through some of the stuff out there and try to make sense out of all the confusion.
I will be looking at various programs and products on the market today, as well as reading as many articles and studies that I can get my hands on. I will be listening to podcasts, reading books and trying recipes in an attempt to find the right combination for me. In doing so, I hope I can provide possible solutions for you.
